At Cameron's Crafts, we take pride in the quality of every item we produce. Because our products are made to order, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
When we will offer a refund or replacement
If your order arrives with a printing error or manufacturing defect on our part, we'll make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue:

Damage during delivery
We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. If your order has been damaged in delivery, please contact the delivery service directly to raise a claim.
What isn't covered
- Change of mind or incorrect size ordered
- Minor colour variations due to screen display differences
- Items damaged after delivery or during transit
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are always entitled to a remedy for faulty or misdescribed goods.
